1 On 1 Personal Coaching – This can take several forms, but all sessions are about your reaching your potential at the speed. you determine. You are the expert on you. My role is to help you mine those jewels between your ears and within your heart that make you that unique person you are. You will find my style relaxed but direct and honest. The underlying foundation of our work together is your autonomy. I do my best to make each engagement a positive experience with you in the driver’s seat.

Sessions are typically held in Zoom on-line sessions, or over the phone. I prefer Zoom sessions as non-verbal communication often holds as much content as audible conversation and I don’t want to miss anything. In any event, the choice is yours. If you are local to the Phoenix Area and prefer in-person sessions, I can meet you at your office, home or place of your choice (mileage/time might factor into fees).

Action and Strategic Planning – Is all about helping you transition from being the needle in the compass to being the one holding the compass. It’s not just about doing things right, but doing the right things, and in logical order. 

Mindfulness – is a discipline that can enable you to remain calm in the midst of a storm, helping you focus and address what is, instead of fighting what isn’t. Some consider mindfulness a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations. It is a means of understanding yourself, at the moment and without judgment. Intention, attention and attitude are the three components fundamental elements of mindfulness. 

Personal Development – This service is for the individual who has completed either a self-assessment or an assessment derived with tools from Striving to Thriving. You know where you want or need to go, but want some coaching on how to achieve the end result.

Nutrition – If you struggle with weight or other health challenges, we’ll help you determine what will work for you to achieve any health goal or needs you might have. If needed, we will engage a nutritionist to help you achieve your desired outcome. However, most challenges can be addressed when practicing mindful eating, base on the knowledge you will gain in 1:1 coaching.

Group Sessions – Group coaching brings the coaching conversation into a small group context. It is an intimate conversation space, focused on goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action and accountability. It opens the door to leveraging the collective wisdom and knowledge of the group. This style of coaching opens communication lines between silos, creating an ongoing accountability structure. Group coaching is an ongoing conversation that supports change over time and is therefore a great resource for organizations experiencing or going through change.

Workshops – Workshops can be stand-alone learning environments covering a three to four hour session, a full day, or extended over several consecutive or scheduled days. Depending on the company objectives, we also develop series of workshops planned over a larger time interval to suit the needs of the organization or participant schedules.
